Tiger Woods just teed up another win—off the course. Golf's favorite legend has extended his long-standing memorabilia deal with Upper Deck, proving he's still at the top of his endorsement game.
Upper Deck announced Thursday that Woods renewed his exclusive partnership, keeping the company as the only authorized source for Tiger Woods trading cards, collectibles, and autographed memorabilia. This deal takes their partnership beyond the impressive 25-year milestone.
“We've had the privilege to follow Tiger's incredible career closely, creating collectibles that connect with fans worldwide,” said Jason Masherah, president of Upper Deck. “Tiger’s fans know we deliver authentic, exciting products, and we're excited to keep celebrating his legendary moments.”
Woods—known globally for his 15 major championship titles—first caught Upper Deck's attention back in 2000, when the company signed him for a cool $15 million. At that time, Woods had already rocketed to fame as the youngest-ever Masters winner in 1997 and claimed the PGA Championship by 1999.
Since then, Upper Deck has chronicled Woods’ career from every angle, releasing his rookie card in the iconic 2001 Upper Deck Golf set and offering autographed items ranging from golf clubs to shirts and hats. Collectors looking to snag these prized Woods items can head to Upper Deck’s Certified Diamond Dealer hobby shops or shop online.
Now firmly part of Upper Deck’s legendary lineup alongside fellow sports icons Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky, Woods expressed his enthusiasm about continuing the collaboration. “I've enjoyed an amazing journey with Upper Deck,” Woods noted in a company press release. “Looking forward to even greater moments ahead.”
Collectors, mark your calendars—Tiger's legacy isn't just intact; it's still growing.
