Topps has expanded its popular Buyback program to now include 2025 Topps Chrome WWE cards. This new initiative allows collectors of select wrestler cards to exchange their Topps Chrome WWE cards for store credit at local card shops worldwide. Originally launched with Topps Chrome Baseball and later extended to Topps Chrome UFC, the program aims to boost product sales while adding value to cards that might otherwise be overlooked or left in value boxes at card shows.
The WWE Buyback program centers on two main events at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas on April 19th and 20th. In these events, Superstars Jey Uso and Gunther will vie for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, while Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair will battle over the WWE Women’s Championship. The winners of these matches will become the official Buyback athletes, with their Topps Chrome cards eligible for exchange for store credit up to $200 per card.
Eligible products include 2025 Topps Chrome WWE cards from most available boxes, with the exception of the popular Sapphire edition. Values vary based on the card’s variation and include only base set cards—not inserts. Specifically, cards numbered 106 (Jey Uso), 2 (Gunther), 123 (Charlotte Flair), and 182 (Tiffany Stratton) are eligible, with the following credit values:
While it’s unlikely that a Superfractor 1/1 would be turned in for $200, the program is seen as a positive step for collectors and retailers alike. Topps continues to innovate with initiatives like this, ensuring that both fans and collectors enjoy greater value and engagement with their products.
