Organisation
Organisation is no longer thought of as a way to reduce costs. A means for freeing the company's potential and its human resources, it constitutes a changing mechanism which is permanently reshaped to win over and develop customers. In short, organisation is a key factor for creating value. OTIA controls the design and implementation of organisational strategies.

Change management
Change is a constant factor for companies, but a large project of transformation includes a transition phase which concentrates most of the risks and therefore needs greater attention. Choosing change rather than being subject to it means making a shared vision emerge to encourage the involvement and support of as many as possible. OTIA is positioned in the drawing up and accompanying of change processes.

Information systems
A reflection of the company model, the information system implements operational production, management, steering and control processes. Its development is envisaged in parallel to the corporate culture and comes within the framework of a master plan which involves different company role-players at different levels. OTIA intervenes both in decision making and design phases and qualification and deployment phases.
